Day 3- Feeling Great!

I woke up feeling wonderful, the headache is gone, thank the Lord!  So, it’s back into the normal routine I go…

Harper ate his breakfast of mangos and bananas, while I pumped 4 ounces of milk.  That’s a lot for me, supply is definitely not suffering.  Then, it was time for my breakfast- smoothie it was!  Here’s what I felt like making this morning:  1/2 cup water, large handful of fresh spinach, 1/8 of a cup of frozen blackberries, 1/3 cup frozen blueberries, 2 scoops of SP Complete powder, 1/2 scoop of DFH Whey Protein powder, and lots of cinnamon.  Blend and enjoy!

That smoothie was delish!  Have you ever added cinnamon to your shakes?  I love cinnamon, and it’s a wonderful spice to help regulate blood sugar.  It’s especially tasty when your smoothie includes blueberries.  Give it a try, it’s a fav around here!
